TO LOVE…

Full wedding coordination: With this package, All About You Event Management will plan, implement and execute your entire wedding. We will provide you with everything that you need to make it a success and one that people will be talking about for years to come! We will assist with: timelines, budget, contract negotiation/coordination, hotel accommodations, invitations and much more! This package also includes wedding day management.

Pricing starts at $10,000

TO CHERISH…

Wedding day management: Be worry free! This package is for those who have their wedding planned out but need someone onsite for the day to handle the details. This package includes ceremony rehearsal (one hour), wedding day coordination and vendor set up/breakdown.

TO HONOR…

Partial wedding coordination: Started planning your wedding but the details have you feeling a bit overwhelmed? That’s where we come in! If you’ve secured some of your vendors but find that you need a wedding coordinator to assist, then this is the package for you.

Pricing starts at $6,500

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Getting married out of state? Taking your wedding someplace tropical? We’d love to join you! We will handle all of the details of your wedding day no matter where you are. This package is completely customized. Contact us for more information.

A LA CARTE ITEMS

This section is for those who don’t need a wedding coordinator onsite but are in need of assistance with some of the work beforehand.

We offer the following assistance:

  • Favor Assembly

  • Gift Bag Assembly & Drop Off

  • Invitation Mailing

  • RSVP Collecting

  • Place Cards: printing, alphabetizing and set-up

  • Programs: printing, assembly and set-up

 

Pricing starts at: $125 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

 

We can also help plan and coordinate the following:

Bridal Shower

Bridal Brunch

Bachelorette/Bachelor Party

Engagement Party

Rehearsal dinner (or lunch)

*All starting prices are for weddings up to 125 guests. Any weddings over 125 guests will incur additional fees.
